The principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine is a high frequency oscillating signal emitted by an ultrasonic generator, which is transmitted into a medium by converting the transducer into a high frequency mechanical oscillation. In the cleaning solvent, ultrasonic wave is used to remove the forward radiation in the cleaning liquid, so as to flow the liquid to produce tens of thousands of tiny bubbles with a diameter of 50-500 mu m, and exist in the liquid. Small bubbles vibrate under the action of the sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure region of the longitudinal ultrasonic wave. In the positive pressure region, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubble increases rapidly and then suddenly closes. The shock wave is produced when the bubble is closed, producing thousands of atmospheres around it. Pressure, destroy insoluble dirt and disperse them in cleaning liquid. When group particles are wrapped in oil and adhered to the surface of cleaning parts, the oil is emulsified, solid particles and separated, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning parts purification. In this process, known as cavitation, bubble closure can form several degrees of high temperature and more than 1000 pressure instantaneous high pressure.
The advantages of ultrasonic cleaning machine are: ultrasonic cleaning effect is good, simple operation. What people hear is the sound wave signal of frequency 20-20000Hz, which is called ultrasonic wave when the sound wave is higher than 20000Hz. The sound wave propagates along the sinusoidal curve and produces a large number of small bubbles. One reason is that the local tensile stress in the liquid forms a negative pressure, the reduction of the pressure causes the gas dissolved in the liquid to be supersaturated, which escapes from the liquid and becomes a small bubble. Another reason is that the strong tensile stress "tears" the liquid into a void. It's called cavitation.
1.Power: using the power supply and power cord of the equipment specification, the power supply circuit of the user must be equipped with the air switch dedicated to the cleaning machine in order to cut the power supply of the cleaning machine when necessary;
2.Ground wire: the machine body and generator of the cleaning machine will be equipped with special ground wire on its power lead wire, and it will be distinguished from other electrical wires, because the equipment is in contact with water, corrosive (corrosive) liquid level, and will easily cause leakage of electricity. Please connect the ground wire according to the safety requirements;
3.The equipment uses non-combustible detergents, and no flammable and explosive substances are used as detergents. When it is necessary to ensure that the equipment is kept away from the presence of flammable and explosive substances, certain substances must be used by the user under special circumstances. Must contact the Department for confirmation of safety and appropriate safety precautions;
4.If there is no liquid in the cleaning tank or the liquid level is insufficient, the equipment will be destroyed irreversibly. When using, it is necessary to ensure that sufficient amount of washing liquid is injected into the tank, otherwise, the relevant electric heater, pump, Ultrasonic shock may be damaged and may lead to excessive fire and personal injury;
5.Electrical control box and related electrical components should not splash into water, and away from steam, corrosive gas, dust and so on;
6.When the equipment is abnormal, please contact us or stop the power supply in time by the experienced professional electrician to check;
7.The workpiece to be washed should be mounted and hung with a basket or hanging gear with supporting feet, and be washed in the slot. It is forbidden to wash the workpiece directly into the bottom of the trough, otherwise it may cause damage to the workpiece and the bottom of the cylinder;
8.During the operation of the equipment, there may be high temperature, high pressure, electrified surface of the terminal of the electrical components, movement of the transmission mechanism, sudden movement of the pressure, etc., which may cause personal injury. Please do not open the casing while working. Avoid working under unprotected conditions;
9.When the equipment is not in use for a long time, please release the washing liquid, dry the inner trough and the surface with thin film to prevent the corrosion and aging of the equipment to accelerate;
10.Maintain ventilation, drying and cleanliness in the working place of the equipment, which is conducive to the long-term and efficient operation of the equipment and the optimization of the working environment.
11.The cleaning liquid should be treated in time when it is too dirty, and the cleaning tank should be cleaned regularly, the dirt in the storage tank should be cleaned, and the cleaning tank and appearance should be kept clean so as to improve the durability of the washing tank.
