The principle of ultrasonic washing machine
Sep 05, 2018

When the high frequency (20-50KHZ) mechanical vibration of ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the cleaning liquid medium, the liquid medium under the high frequency wave vibration will produce the "cavity bubble" near the vacuum, and the strong effect of the "cavity bubble" on the cleaning object is called "cavitation effect". The relevant theories of "cavitation" are as follows:

1.When the main cavity bubbles collide, disappear, and merge in liquid media, they can use the surrounding parts to produce great pressure, which is extremely powerful enough to change the molecules of the substance and cause various chemical changes (fracture, cracking, cracking). Oxidation, reduction, decomposition, combination) and physical changes (dissolution, adsorption, emulsification, dispersion, etc.).

2.Resonance, when the intrinsic frequency of vacuole is equal to the frequency of ultrasonic vibration, it can produce resonance. The internal cause of resonance cavity accumulates a large amount of heat energy. This heat energy is sufficient to break the chemical bond of the surrounding material and cause a series of chemical and physical changes.

3.When the cavity bubble is formed, the discharge between the two bubble walls is caused by a large potential difference, which leads to the activation of the gas in the cavity, which in turn leads to the activation of the surrounding matter, thus causing a series of chemical and physical changes in the material. It can be seen that "cavitation" provides the energy needed for physical and chemical changes in matter, but the ideal rate and effect of cleaning depends on the nature of the cleaning medium, that is, the cleaning liquid. This property is reflected in the various physical and chemical changes that occur between the cleaning fluid and the dirt, which can weaken and remove the adhesion and adhesion between the dirt and the surface of the glass parts, and maintain the cleaning and retention The original appearance of the surface.
