Through the action of the fan's gravity, the welding exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the device through the universal dust suction hood. The device has a flame arrester at the air inlet. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester and the fume gas enters the settling chamber. The gravity and the upward airflow are used first. The coarse dust directly drops to the ash hopper. The particulate smoke is trapped on the outer surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter core, it flows from the center of the filter core into the clean room. The clean air is adsorbed by the activated carbon filter and further purified through the air outlet.
